Hello!

My name is Kate. I blog over at kateasarus.com - this is the tumbr blog for the same site. I am a twenty something (former) Midwesterner, now residing in northern Colorado. I really enjoy reading, writing, and photography – which, combined, form the purpose of my blog. I have this tumblr to post quick links, photographs, quotes, and other inspirations.

Other than photography, I enjoy baking (especially vegan or gluten free); I enjoy the methodical nature of measuring and stirring. My baked goods usually involve at least some chocolate – but usually a lot of it. I also like blending my own tisanes (herbal teas). Discovering new (vegetarian) food is one of my favorite things – Ethiopian is the newest cuisine I’ve fallen in love with.
